I have always wanted to do yoga, have you found any good places here in arizona?
I just got a coupon for hot yoga in the arrowhead complex near 67th and 101/ I’m not sure where you are located. There are hot yoga studios all over the place now. I get dizzy when I get too hot so I don’t think that is for me. I guess it is the latest thing. (I’m always the last to know!) lol
